Who may use Duorella

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for your account and the activity that occurs through it.

How to use the service

Treat other people with respect. Do not share illegal material, harass people, impersonate others, evade safety restrictions, or use automated or prerecorded content in a way that misleads other users.

Duorella may limit, investigate, suspend, or remove accounts and may restrict how an account is matched when needed for safety or service integrity.

Video chat and moderation

Live audio and video normally travels directly between participants or through a relay when a direct connection is unavailable. Full conversations are not routinely recorded.

For safety, authorized moderators may review selected live sessions and limited still images. Live review may occur without an on-screen moderator tile. Access is restricted and audited.

Service availability

Duorella may change or interrupt parts of the service when needed for maintenance, security, safety, or product operation.
