Who can join

Duorella is for people aged 13 or older in supported countries. Availability depends on age and country, and some people may need an additional age check or parental permission. People under 13 may not use the service.

Using Duorella

Choose people to meet through shared interests, send an introduction, and decide whether to become friends. Private chat and friends-only posts become available only where the relevant features are enabled.

You can invite people you know across age groups. Both people see the other person’s age and must agree before connecting.

Be respectful. Do not harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, or pressure anyone to share private details or contact you elsewhere. Do not upload illegal or sexually exploitative content. Follow the Community Guidelines.

Only share photos and posts you own or have permission to use. You give Duorella permission to store, show to your chosen audience, and review or remove that content to run and protect the service.

Safety and accounts

You can block or report people and content. Authorized staff may review reports and related content, and may remove content or restrict accounts for safety or rule violations. Duorella may pause features or access where needed for safety or service operation.

You can delete your account from settings. The Privacy Notice explains what information we use, who can see it, and what may be retained for safety or legal reasons.
