Terms of Service
These terms apply when you visit Duorella, create an account, chat with AI companions, subscribe to Premium, or use credits. By using Duorella, you agree to use it only for lawful, personal entertainment and to follow these terms.
What Duorella provides
Duorella lets adults discover AI companion profiles, match, chat, and receive AI-generated media where available. Duorella is not a real-person dating service, professional advice, therapy, or a marketplace for human services.
Accounts and age
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use Duorella in your location. You are responsible for your account, password, signup information, and anything that happens through your account.
Duorella IP and product content
Duorella owns or controls the service interface, brand, software, prompts, templates, curated AI companion profiles, catalog assets, safety systems, moderation tools, and other product content we provide. Except for rights you already have in your own lawful content, using Duorella does not give you ownership of Duorella IP or permission to copy, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or use it outside the service.
Your content
You keep the rights you already have in lawful prompts, uploads, profile inputs, account details, and other content you submit. You confirm you have the rights and consent needed to submit that content.
You give Duorella a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transform, generate from, display, moderate, store, troubleshoot, improve, protect, and operate the service using your content. This license lets us work with service providers and systems needed to run Duorella, and it lasts as long as needed for the service, safety, legal, billing, support, and backup purposes.
AI-generated output
Companion profiles, messages, and media in Duorella are AI-generated. They can feel personal, but they are created by software and do not represent real people. Generated output may not be unique, may be similar to output created for other users, may be blocked, filtered, or removed, and is not guaranteed to be copyrightable, accurate, exclusive, or available for any particular use. You are responsible for how you use or share output outside Duorella.
Third-party IP and likeness rights
Do not upload, prompt for, request, or use Duorella to copy or imitate third-party characters, brands, logos, copyrighted artwork, celebrity likenesses, public figures, private people, competitor-owned profiles or assets, or any other material you do not have rights and consent to use.
Paid features, subscriptions, and credits
Chat is Duorella's core current service. Premium, credits, and paid actions unlock only the features, limits, and access shown at checkout, in billing settings, on a plan page, or in a spend confirmation at the time you buy or use them.
These terms do not promise any future feature, fixed credit allowance, permanent price, or unlimited access. Features, limits, prices, fair-use thresholds, credit costs, and regional availability may change prospectively as Duorella evolves.
Credits are limited-purpose digital access units for eligible Duorella actions. They are not money, have no cash value, are not a stored-value account, cannot be transferred outside Duorella, and have no guaranteed resale or refund value.
Credits may be included with Premium or bought in packs. Included credits may reset by billing period when the current plan says so. Purchased credits do not expire arbitrarily, but they remain subject to safety rules, account standing, payment-provider rules, and availability.
Renewal, cancellation, taxes, and refunds
Premium renews for the period selected unless you cancel before renewal. Billing settings and the payment provider show your current renewal date, cancellation controls, receipts, invoices, and available plan-management options.
Cancellation stops future renewals and usually leaves access in place until the paid period ends, unless billing settings, payment-provider rules, legal requirements, or account enforcement say otherwise.
Taxes may be included in the displayed price or added at checkout based on your billing location. Except where required by law, payments are final once Premium access starts, credits are granted or spent, or an AI-generated media action begins. Failed payments, chargebacks, and payment disputes are handled according to payment-provider rules, the product state, and the billing record.
Where consumer law gives withdrawal rights for digital content, you may be asked at checkout or spend confirmation to request immediate access and acknowledge that cancellation or withdrawal rights can be limited once access or generation begins.
Failed or blocked paid actions
If a paid generation fails, is blocked by safety rules, or becomes unavailable before delivery, Duorella may retry it, decline it, or return credits according to the product state and billing record shown to you. Completed chats, delivered AI-generated media, granted Premium time, used credits, and included credits are not refundable except where required by law.
Regional availability
Paid access, checkout, credits, currencies, taxes, payment methods, and generated-media features can vary by country and may be unavailable or blocked because of legal, payment, safety, sanctions, provider, or product-readiness rules. Duorella may re-check availability at signup, checkout, and before paid actions.
Acceptable use
Do not use Duorella to break the law, harass anyone, bypass safety controls, access another account, scrape the service, submit data you do not have rights to use, or request content involving minors, non-consensual scenarios, real-person impersonation, or graphic sexual material.
Safety, moderation, and enforcement
We may block, remove, limit, or review content, prompts, accounts, or paid actions when needed to protect users, the service, payment operations, or legal compliance. A blocked or failed generation may be retried, declined, or credited back depending on the product state and billing record.
Repeat infringement and account termination
If we receive valid copyright, trademark, likeness, or other rights complaints, we may remove or disable content and treat repeated or serious infringement as grounds for account termination. We may warn, suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate these terms, submit unlawful content, evade moderation, or create risk for users, Duorella, payment operations, or legal compliance.

Changes and availability
We may update features, pricing, terms, or access rules as Duorella evolves. We aim to keep the service available, but maintenance, safety work, provider issues, or unexpected outages can interrupt access.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
